PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
We don’t usually associate everyday work, living and relationship with leisure, do we?
Neither do we usually experience learning about ourselves and the world around us, as leisure; it is usually accompanied with stress, strain and the effort to know how to manage it all. Nor is the gravity of human existence and self inquiry viewed very often in simplicity and innocence.
So how is it possible that there may be effortless intensity, clarity and good humour in everyday living and self-inquiry?
In this retreat, we will investigate together if another kind of exploration can happen in relaxation, freedom and careful observation.
Is there a totally different way of living in leisure and good relationship?
This retreat is inspired by but in no way following, Krishnamurti…
